About Mapenzo

Mapenzo shows where and what is being built. It collects building permit applications and issued permits from official public registers and puts them on one map and in one list.

Who it is for

For builders, developers, manufacturers, suppliers, architects and investors – everyone who wants to know where and what is being built.

What data is included

• 2,601,125 permit records (rolling 12 months) in 16 countries: United States, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Poland, France, Finland, Lithuania, Ukraine, Belgium, Denmark, Canada, Ireland, Estonia, Latvia, Spain, Italy.
• 33,815 energy projects (solar, battery storage, wind and grid connections) in United States, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Ireland. Energy projects are not yet available for France, Finland, Ukraine, Belgium, Canada, Spain or Italy.
• 4,997 existing data centres in 119 countries, plus 333 data-centre projects in the pipeline.
